Special times require special measures.  We have summarized the necessary provisions and rules of conduct for you during your stay. 

General rules:

• When entering the hotel, a facemask must be worn
• Disinfect hands - we have disinfectants ready for this
• Please keep the usual distance of 1.5m
• The use of the elevator is permitted for a maximum of one person - exception: people living in the same room

Check in:

• If possible we kindly ask you to send us your address and registration data by email  (in order to be able to optimally prepare your check-in)
• Reserve a parking space in advance
• An information folder with excursion tips and hints is ready in your room

Breakfast:

• Breakfast buffet - please note the posted rules of conduct
• Please indicate allergies or intolerances when making the reservation or shortly before arrival

Restaurant - Steak & Wine:

• Reservation required in advance
• The "general rules" listed above are also mandatory here

Check-out:

• To avoid waiting times, we kindly ask you to pay your bill on the evening before or during your stay

What is not allowed? 

• If there are symptoms of an acute respiratory disease or fever, hospitality and accommodation are not possible / permitted
• Hotel rooms may only be occupied by persons who are permitted to contact each other in accordance with the Corona Regulation applicable in Baden-Württemberg (e.g. families)
